Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior ICT Specialist to join theur technical team. This role is designed for a senior, hands-on ICT professional who operates beyond frontline support and is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, solution design, complex implementations, and technical leadership across the Company's full service stack.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a senior ICT or infrastructure role
• Strong background in MSP or enterprise ICT environments
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and escalations
• Demonstrated ability to design and support multi-site environments

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Advanced networking and firewall expertise
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and implementation experience
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
• Solid understanding of VoIP and unified communications
• Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure models
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS (ADVANTAGEOUS)

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Windows Server)
• Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP or equivalent)
• Cybersecurity certifications (Fortinet, Sophos, or similar)
