Department: Sales / Factory Support

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Factory Office (Head Office) in Nigel, Gauteng

1. Job Purpose

To manage factory-based sales activities by processing customer enquiries, generating quotations, managing orders, supporting production with accurate job instructions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role connects customers, sales reps, production planning, and dispatch to ensure on-time, accurate fulfilment of all orders.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric essential

- 3+ years internal sales or customer service experience

- Experience in a manufacturing or steel-related industry

- Ability to read drawings and understand BOMs

- ERP or sales system experience
