Growth Director

We are looking for a Growth Director that will be Responsible for helping the Company achieve its high growth targets by designing and implementing strategies to secure large & multi-year contracts with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue long-term business opportunities to meet growth targets
• Use leads from Marketing & Sales Development Reps, plus your own networking
• Attend events to build client relationships and stay industry-savvy
• Lead client meetings, understand their goals, and qualify opportunities
• Create clear briefs and collaborate on proposals with internal teams
• Respond to RFPs and proactively pitch the Company's solutions
• Present proposals confidently, aligned with client needs
• Build and nurture high-level client relationships
• Hit quarterly and annual sales targets
• Keep CRM and forecasts accurate
• Ensure strong contract terms and payment arrangements
• Understand and apply the Company's terms of business
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in marketing or business; Masters degree advantage
• Extensive B2B experience in FMCG, Financial Services, Telecoms, or subscriptions
• Sales & marketing training or certifications preferred
• Confident using LinkedIn for networking and engagement
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools
