The Group HR Manager is responsible for leading and executing the overall human resources strategy across the organisation. This role ensures alignment of HR practices with business objectives, particularly within a manufacturing and engineering environment. The incumbent will oversee all HR functions, including talent management, labour relations, compliance, organisational development, and workforce planning across multiple sites.

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/management role.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
• Strong background in labour relations and union engagement.
• Experience managing HR across multiple sites or a group structure.
