Group HR Manager – Nigel
The Group HR Manager is responsible for leading and executing the overall human resources strategy across the organisation. This role ensures alignment of HR practices with business objectives, particularly within a manufacturing and engineering environment. The incumbent will oversee all HR functions, including talent management, labour relations, compliance, organisational development, and workforce planning across multiple sites.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/management role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Strong background in labour relations and union engagement.
- Experience managing HR across multiple sites or a group structure.
