Purpose of the role: Custodian of the Group’s offshore financial integrity. The primary objective is to establish and maintain a world-class benchmark for internal controls, financial reporting, and treasury management across all international jurisdictions. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Directors, ensuring that overseas investments are fiscally optimized, compliant with global tax laws, and aligned with the Group’s growth trajectory.

Educational Qualifications and Other Job Requirements:
The preferred requirements of a Financial Manager are as follows:

• Chartered Accountant (SA) or equivalent international qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• A minimum of 3–5 years post-article experience in a managerial role, preferably within property development or an international investment group.
• Prior experience dealing with SARB applications and offshore tax jurisdictions (specifically the UK/HMRC) is highly desirable.
