Job Purpose:

To oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties while managing positive tenant relationships. This role ensures the safety and security of building occupants, coordinates maintenance and repair activities, and liaises with vendors to guarantee smooth, compliant, and efficient daily operations.

Educational Qualifications and Other Job Requirements
The preferred requirements of an Operations Manager:

• Matric certificate required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related property qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of operational property experience in an Operations Manager or similar facilities role.
• Sound understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards, relevant property laws, regulations, and local building codes.
