We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team, focusing on building products within the retail and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow territory through networking and cold calling
• Build relationships with hardware retailers, contractors, and industry stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits and travel across the Western Cape (including overnight stays)
• Identify market opportunities and address challenges proactively
• Provide weekly sales feedback and reports
• Follow up on orders, pricing updates, and customer queries
• Train retail staff and support in-store promotions

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience in hardware, construction, or renovation
• Experience in light steel frame housing (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills (English & Afrikaans required; Xhosa advantageous)
• Computer literate (MS Office; AutoCAD/SolidWorks advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay over
