Role Purpose

The Group Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management, reporting, compliance, and control functions across multiple business units within the group. The role ensures financial integrity, supports strategic decision-making, and drives financial performance across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field

CA(SA) / CIMA / ACCA (highly preferred)

Experience

5–8+ years in finance, with at least:

3–5 years in a management role

Experience in group/multi-entity structures
